Spicy Lime Grilled Shrimp Recipe: A Zesty and Flavorful Seafood Delight

  Ingredients

- 1 pound peeled and deveined medium shrimp (30-40 per pound)

- 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (such as Emeril's Essence)

- Juice of 1 lime

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil


   Directions

1. In a resealable plastic bag, mix together the Cajun seasoning, lime juice, and vegetable oil.

2. Add the shrimp to the bag, coat them with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag.

3. Marinate the shrimp in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

4. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

5. Remove the shrimp from the marinade, shake off any excess, and discard the remaining marinade.

6. Grill the shrimp until they turn bright pink on the outside and the meat is no longer transparent in the center (about 2 minutes per side).
