- ¼ cup soy sauce

- ½ teaspoon pepper

- 4 boneless pork chops


Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix the Italian-style salad dressing, soy sauce, and pepper.

2. Place the pork chops in a skillet over medium heat, and cover them with the dressing mixture.

3. Cover the skillet and cook the pork chops for 25 minutes, turning them occasionally.

4. Remove the cover, reduce the heat to low, and continue cooking until the pork chops reach your desired doneness.
